I cannot make my Shark Dive Xtreme - Can I change my date/time?

For all animal experience bookings, please call our onsite reservations team on (07) 5458 6226 (9am to 3pm Monday to Friday). Please note that you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your experience within 7 days of the dive. Failure to show up for your experience will result in you forfeiting your ticket.
