I cannot make my Seal Swim Experience - Can I change my date/time?

For all experience booking enquiries, please reach out to our Reservations office (9am to 3pm Monday to Friday);

Please note that you will not be able to cancel your experience or change the date of your booking if it is within 48 hours of your time slot. Failure to show up for your experience will result in you forfeiting your ticket.
