The SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Annual Pass gives the named Passholder standard admission to SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast for 12 months from the date of issue. There are currently no blackout dates for the SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Annual Pass.
Important things to know
- Your Annual Pass is personal and non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the pass.
- Pass sharing is not permitted and may result in the Annual Pass being cancelled without refund.
- You must present your valid digital Annual Pass when visiting. Screenshots or photocopies are not accepted, and identification may be requested.
- The SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Annual Pass is valid for SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast only and does not provide admission to other SEA LIFE or Merlin attractions.
- Annual Passes are available as an Individual Pass for guests aged 2 years and over.
- The person purchasing an Annual Pass must be 18 years or older.
Do I need to pre-book?
Yes. Annual Passholders are required to pre-book a timeslot before visiting. Pre-booking is particularly important during weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
Entry remains subject to attraction capacity and availability, so holding an Annual Pass does not guarantee immediate entry.
What is included?
Your Annual Pass includes standard admission to SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast during its validity period.
Additional charges may apply for experiences and special events, including:
- Shark Dive Xtreme
- Behind the Scenes Tours
- Animal Experiences, such as Penguin Encounters
- Special events
- Birthday parties and private events
- Packages and combination tickets
Can I renew my Annual Pass?
Yes. Passholders may be eligible for a special renewal rate when renewing within 8 weeks of their Annual Pass expiry date.
If the pass is not renewed within this period, the standard price for a new Annual Pass will apply.
Can I get a refund?
Annual Passes are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
