Your Merlin Annual Pass is digital, so there is no physical card to collect.
Once your pass has been issued, you can access your digital Annual Pass and barcode on your mobile device. Each Passholder will have their own individual pass.
Before visiting, remember to pre-book your timeslot for the attraction you would like to visit. When you arrive, present your digital Merlin Annual Pass for our team to scan.
Please ensure you present the actual digital pass rather than a screenshot, as screenshots and photocopies are not accepted.
