We are generally unable to provide a refund where you:
- have changed your mind or your plans have changed
- are no longer able to attend
- missed your booked visit
- found another ticket or offer at a lower price
- decide that you did not enjoy the attraction or that the experience was not for you
Where available, you may be able to change the date or time of eligible General Admission tickets through our Booking Portal.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
